The main users of Lexis il mostro are dyslexic children aged 8-10, from the moment of the diagnosis until the end of the primary school, because with a timely intervention the child can overcome difficulties. Other stakeholders are parents and teachers.
During the research phase, I have conducted some interviews with dyslexic children, parents and teachers and based on the results I designed four personas to understand the user’s mental model and how my project can fit into the context of their life.
